Disappointed that I was charged $69.00 for diagnosis when I told service person I had a torn trunk seal and that was what was obviously the issue and yet I still get billed for diagnosis.

Danny Herrera always does a great job with communication when our units are completed and we have yet to have any problems with the service work completed on all of our vehicles that we have had at Bergstrom GMC, and Bergstrom Ford out of Neenah. I work directly with Danny for everything and by far the best service manager from a Auto/Truck Dealership that I have ever worked with in my 30 plus years of experience being a Fleet Manager

When I scheduled the appointment online the cost was about $180 even though the brochure and real cost was over $500. Would also be nice to get an estimate as to how long the service would take.

Service went very well. Only item is a email I received before the courtesy vehicle arrived at my home was sent telling me that I needed to make the payment for the service. Payment was made when I arrived at the dealership. Might be better to send a payment request if for some reason I did not make it after picking up the car.
