Confirmed Service Customer
The service is usually very good as is the waiting lounge with coffee, cookies and beverages. The cellphone updates with videos and explanations along with pricing and options given was very impressive and helpful. The staff is usually very good about communicating with the customers when their vehicle is ready. However, in my situation, I was left in the waiting room for a very long time until I went to find someone, only to find out that the person had left for the day and my car had been sitting outside for quite awhile. I was told by another employee that no information had been given to her when my person left. This may just be me but I’m getting tired of hearing ‘My pleasure’ for every little thing. Also ‘perfect’ . I was told ‘Perfect’ once when i simply exited the car. It seems like in this technical age that more personal choices could be offered and trusted that feel natural. I find that business communications are getting too easily robotic and that feels cold and impersonal . Responses from human beings could be more natural.It would help employees to work with themselves rather than parroting and I think that the customer would feel less of a product but more of a human being.
