I've been going to GM locations for about 12 years now and Bergstrom has been the best experience to date. I specifically would call out two main reasons I keep coming back, and it is their associates. Kendra has been superb in every way. She truly understands customer service and goes the extra mile to make things a great experience. Always a special call out for Steve Carlson who is a pleasure every time I see him. Thanks
