I was greeted warmly and the attendant was already of the reason for my visit. He explained the process and upon completion of the appointment everything was reviewed with me so I understood exactly what was done on my vehicle.

Service dept was awesome, friendly and prompt however, parts dept staff was once again rude. It’s not my fault they forgot for the second to refund me $160. Def will go to another parts supplier if needed before I ever go back there.

Came in for first oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 GMC Sierra AT4. In and out around an hour. The Service representative was very friendly.

Oil change and tire rotation took 1.25 hours, not bad. Checked out everything looked fine. Next day drove 10 minutes and warning light came on for the Tire Monitoring System, stayed on. Called dealer, couldn't get in for 6 days. So, had someone come to my house from ANOTHER repair shop and he had to put on a sensor on TMS to "relearn". Took 10 mins. When Bergstrom rotates tires, requirement to reset monitoring - should be an automatic process considering how many tires they rotate. Was so quick to fix, but they couldn't have me come in, check it and reset TMS the next day when it was their fault. Very inconvenient for the customer. Also now question their quality of work. Car is 2025 with 2500 miles on it. Spoke to neighbor had the same TMS issue after Bergstrom rotated tires. Where is the quality control? Where is the customer service?Six days is not acceptable especially for a dealer created problem. Car was fine before taking in, not fine after they work on it, so customer should have option to quickly return for correction.

This was by far, not my best experience at the dealership. I was not happy about the lack of discretion with my service and felt badly about others in the waiting room who had their diagnosis and cost assessment read out loud in front of everyone - making me uncomfortable personally and likely the recipient of that feedback as well. I have a unique situation in my car - and would have appreciated a more professional, discretionary "call out" in the waiting room. I have been to the dealership in the past with this same situation, and they handled it with far more compassion, support and care. I have made note of this so that I if make future appointments with service coordinators, I'll be more selective in who I schedule with accordingly.

Nobody tells you anything because nobody knows what is going on. Very bad at getting answers from anybody. Have to keep bringing my truck back for a very common problem but they can't fix it, becuase they keep guessing instead of finding the correct fix.

Appointment @ 2:15, truck checked in according to the paperwork @ 2:19. At 3:11, I received an email with the video showing the failed wiring harness. At 4:20 I watched your service technician pull into the service garage & exit my truck. I went looking for Dan the service advisor, no where to be found. After 10 minutes of waiting I approached 2 other advisors & said that’s my truck that appears to be ready. They said Dan left for the day & they couldn’t locate my paperwork or my name in your computer system. Suddenly, Dan appears with said paperwork & disappeared as fast as he showed up. Paperwork was not given to me to review until after I wrote the only check I was carrying. Upon examination of paperwork, I immediately questioned exactly why I was being overcharged by 0.9 hours x 180 per hour when I was actually in your dealership for a total of 2.0 hours. The paperwork shows 1 hour of labor diagnostic charge & 1.9 hours of additional labor plus the part when in fact I was only there for a total of 2.0 hours. The technician who checked me out said he didn’t know why I was being overcharged. He offered me a $100 credit for next time, when in fact that amount is not correct. 0.9 hours @ 180/hour is 162, not 100. The truck appears to be fixed, but I don’t care to be overcharged & lied to at all. I really don’t think John Bergstrom would have intended his company to be run in such a dishonest manner. Take care of the customer, or someone else will. What will you do?

My vehicle was serviced in the body shop. I was treated with prompt, courteous and professional service from start to finish. My vehicle was ready as promised like new!

fixed my issue

I brought my car in because the engine light came on along with a Reduced Power warning. I was told that the turbo needed to be replaced and the air cooler charged for a price of $5148. I let my service agent know that I didn't have the money to get it fixed and that I needed time to figure out how I was going to pay it. He still we ahead and ordered parts. Later that night I texted him to not order parts since I didn't have the money to get it fixed. He told me I would have to pay restocking fees. Moving forward I called around thinking I needed a second opinion. I picked the car up a few days later and they did not charge me the restocking fee, just for the diagnostics. I took it to another shop and they fixed the car for $344.20. There was moisture in the engine (I'm not sure what component), they did an oil change, fixed a tire sensor - ALL FOR $344.20. This is a huge difference in price and I'm not sure that I will go back to Bergstrom ever - even for the two oil changes I have prepaid for. It's great to have a machine read a code but thought & problem solving also need to be part of the solution, not just trying to get as much money as possible from you customers.

When we bought this car, the salesman said we would get a free oil change. All was fine until the end when the girl said the car wasn't under warranty anymore but you were so good that the oil change would still be covered. Salesman never said there was a time limit. Just made me feel slighted. Promises made should be honored rightly.

I was only there for 30 minutes which I thought was great because it was so fast until I saw the $44 labor charge. I know you’re not paying your mechanics $88/hour. Then you charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. Bergstrom is a million dollar company and it’s sad that you’re going to nickel and dime customers for a few extra dollars. Especially with today’s economic climate. I also had a coupon for a discount based on the age of my vehicle. My car is a 2017 and the coupon said I should get 21% off but she only offered 15%. I had to point out that my car was older and she questioned me, as if I would lie about the age of my vehicle that they just worked on. Just disappointed all around with Bergstrom. I will not be back.

First, the process of scheduling the appointment was frustrating. When calling in, I had to go through an automated attendant instead of speaking directly with someone. From a customer standpoint, that’s not a great way to start the process. When someone needs service, they usually just want to talk to a person and get it scheduled. I did receive a call back and set an appointment, but when I arrived I found out the service writer I was scheduled with was not even working at that time. That created some confusion at the counter, and other staff were questioning what service I was even there for. As someone who runs a business, that kind of breakdown in scheduling and communication shouldn’t happen. Another concern I had was the service recommendations themselves. It felt like Bergstrom was pushing services that aren’t part of GM’s standard maintenance schedule. The way it was presented made it seem like those items were necessary, which didn’t sit right with me after reviewing GM’s recommendations. This was unfortunately the second strike for me with this purchase and the service experience tied to it. Because of that, I will likely be looking elsewhere for service in the future.

everything was fine. a message keeps showing up on my truck that i thought would have been addressed when it was in service. but the last time i had the oil changed it was not brought up, and this time, the second time it was brought up to me when paying the bill to leave. the reason i did not bring it up was i didn't want to be charged for it if i didn't need to be charged.

I went back to Bergstrom Buick for some warranty work on the Buick Envision,2021. We had purchased the car at another dealership and they had lost their Buick dealership. Bergstrom was very helpful and took care of the problem. However, the part needing repair was not covered under warranty as we thought. We checked with another source about the warranty coverage on this part and found Bergstrom was correct in their diagnosis. They even offered to wash the car for us.

Second service I have had and the second time they did not fill the DEF as outlined in the service contract.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing my new car! In the past, going to a dealership was a daunting task (as a female) due to dishonest salesmen only looking out for themselves rather than the customer. I was pleasantly surprised with how wrong I was this time! Jackson was the salesmen who handled everything for me. He was transparent, friendly, honest and answered any question I had. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision to purchase a car right away. 10/10 experience that I hope everyone gets to experience!

We had a very positive experience with Fernando Morales-Reyes, Sales Advisor at Bergstrom Buick Green Bay. We were greeted warmly walking in the door. We knew what SUV we were looking for and Fernando walked us through all the options for that vehicle. No pressure from him. In the end he was able to find the perfect vehicle for us which was quickly brought to Green Bay from another location. The purchase process went fairly smoothly with a little glitch from a website issue with the VA Veteran rebate. Fernando worked through it until he was able to get the rebate. Then Bergstrom offered us compensation for the extra wait time. Also got a very fair value on our trade in vehicle. All in all, a great purchase and experience. The service team at Bergstrom GMC is very polite, curteous and professional. They have excellent communication skills and are very prompt with their service.

Honestly I was very taken back that a car wash was not offered. I go to other Bergstrom dealerships and it’s always just done. If it’s to cold they tell me and give me a coupon for one later. To say well we are selective and we only do certain cars, made me not wanting to come back. Was it because I didn’t have a 100,000 truck? My bet that truck would have been washed. But they wanted change my battery for another 400 dollars, no diagnosis on the state of my battery. AAA does that when I had called them in the past. I was the market to start looking at a new vehicle - it won’t be at this dealership!

For a better “teaching” experience, he should have had me pushing buttons on the screen. You don’t learn by watching. You learn by doing. I don’t think this was his fault. This is the way he was told to do it. Repeated anything I asked for.

It is hard to give 5 stars because this was the third time in three weeks that I was in the repair shop. Then when I went to buy the new vehicle, I was given less for my vehicle because it was in the shop so much. Too bad all tires were fixed the first week, then I could give a 5 star.

First time dealing here had an appointment waited for a while and a different salesman came out to help us because the other we were supposed to meet was running late with the other customer. Very nice of the other salesman take it upon himself to come help us . We actually bought a new suv.

The entire experience was simple and effective. The quality of the vehicles and the overall service and support from the sales consultant and entire dealership staff was outstanding.

Dealing with the process almost made me walk away trying to sell me something when I say I don’t want it before hand and then adding it my price anyway almost ended the deal luckily the salesperson was upfront with me, sometimes just go with what the customer wants and stop your 20 point sales process wasting peoples time you don’t need to keep selling when the customer is already sold ( learn to read your customers) it would suck for a salesperson to lose a sale because the sales manager is overly persistent.

Sam V., the service rep, explained everything about the cause of the “flutter” I was hearing. At first, they couldn’t replicate it….but Sam told them to keep with it. And finally, they found the cause! The best part was it was still under warranty.

Mileage on the windshield sticker for the next oil change is inconsistent with the actual synthetic oil blend used and is inconsistent with the information provided by the service rep. This has happened multiple times previously and is apparently still an issue. Who do I believe: the windshield sticker (in 3,000 miles) or the service rep (in 5,000 miles)?

i have used Bergstrom since 2016 when i first moved to Green Bay and i have always received great service from your maintenance employees and sales department people, all of your employees are assets to your company

Stephanie Forst, Sam, Troy Randel and another gal who unfortunately can’t remember her name. We’re all amazing from the beginning to the end. Only thing I missed was a huge bow on my new and first ever purchase of a vehicle. But it’s okay amazing experience they were all helpful and if they didn’t know the answer they got back to me within less than 24 hours. Still have things I wanted to ask and called Troy he guided me and Stephanie left me a voicemail so I need to follow up today on.The process was smooth and everyone was very helpful and understanding as I worked to make a big decision and allowed me time to make calls to discuss things with my husband. As he was in Manitowoc working and I was purchasing in Green Bay. They showed me the facility and all the offerings they had everyone I encountered in my time there were all helpful and friendly. Definitely extremely impressed with the whole experience!

I came to Bergstrom to look at trucks with the intensions of buying a new Ram pick up at another dealership. Just wanted to tell myself that I was shopping around this time before buying. Victor Acosta, your salesman met us at the door and he showed us around without making us feel pressured and by the time we were ready to leave I had already decided on the Denali. Victor is such an asset to your team at the dealership and really needs to be acknowledged for his hard work and professionalism that he displays in his dealings with the customers that he comes in contact with. Have never had a GM product before, but if the truck is anything like I think it is going to be, I will be a returning customer.

Easy to schedule service, helpful staff

Service was fast and they informed me of some other issues and were able to have them fixed the same day.

I made an appointment for May 15, 2026, at 9:00 for an oil change and tire rotation a week and a half in advance. I arrived 15 minutes early and had a funeral to attend, I notified the service attendant I would be back in less than an hour. I was gone for approximately 45 minutes and sat there waiting until 11:30. Kendra was the only one to come and check on me, she at least tried to find out what the issue was. Other people were dropping off and leaving before I was called. I missed another appointment because of this, this is why you have a scheduled appointment. Once called by another attendant that I have never met, she gave me a $50.00 credit to my account and apologized. This does not make up for my lost time as I feel I was bumped behind someone else waiting. I have a service contract through this location and will use it up until completed and will not return. I am not looking for anything free, just irritated by what happened.

The service was performed promptly and I was kept informed as I dropped the vehicle off the night before, when the vehicle was ready went and picked it up, during the car wash the trim was damaged on my car, had someone pointed it out and had the parts coming i would have rated it a 5 star visit as accidents happen. However no one told me and I didn't see it until I parked the car. I called and a service advisor apologized for the issue, ordered the part and scheduled the repair. The damage was on the passenger rear pillar, not a place I would look before leaving, but because I called right away the process was easy and the staff was helpful. Just wished I was made aware of the damage at the time I picked up the car. But great work resolving the issue.

Dealership was great. But now switching to 0-40 oil, by gm fault with there motors. Why should I pay more for a oil change ? Spend this kind of money on a gmc denali, And I have to eat gm fault for not having good quality control? Think its time to switch to another brand.....

It was close to the quickest purchase experience i have had at a dealership. Once a decision was made it went fast and let’s be honest spending all day at a dealership is not on the top of anybody’s to do list. Jackson did and great job as well as the young lady that took care of me in vehicle features explanation and setup.

My visit was the first post-purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a "no-charge" visit. A very nice experience.

The staff was excellent. However, several of my issues were not completed. I requested they look at the tonneau cover as the right side latch didn’t work. I asked they address the passenger side windows, front and back as they cannot be controlled from driver’s side door anymore. I was assured they would be looked at. I asked about the external gas cover as it didn’t close properly. I was told it was adjusted but it is not to our satisfaction and probably should be replaced. Otherwise service was impeccable!! Vehicle was not fixed correctly and went brought back due to a tire going flat 2 blocks after leaving the shop they said oh we will put air in vs looking into why the tire was flat after it was in their possession for 3 weeks

Wasn’t happy that $10 in separate fees are added in above and beyond quote for “shop supplies”. When I have a price I don’t want extra fees tacked on. Very deceiving!
