Oil change and tire rotation took 1.25 hours, not bad. Checked out everything looked fine. Next day drove 10 minutes and warning light came on for the Tire Monitoring System, stayed on. Called dealer, couldn't get in for 6 days. So, had someone come to my house from ANOTHER repair shop and he had to put on a sensor on TMS to "relearn". Took 10 mins. When Bergstrom rotates tires, requirement to reset monitoring - should be an automatic process considering how many tires they rotate. Was so quick to fix, but they couldn't have me come in, check it and reset TMS the next day when it was their fault. Very inconvenient for the customer. Also now question their quality of work. Car is 2025 with 2500 miles on it. Spoke to neighbor had the same TMS issue after Bergstrom rotated tires. Where is the quality control? Where is the customer service?Six days is not acceptable especially for a dealer created problem. Car was fine before taking in, not fine after they work on it, so customer should have option to quickly return for correction.

When we bought this car, the salesman said we would get a free oil change. All was fine until the end when the girl said the car wasn't under warranty anymore but you were so good that the oil change would still be covered. Salesman never said there was a time limit. Just made me feel slighted. Promises made should be honored rightly.

I was only there for 30 minutes which I thought was great because it was so fast until I saw the $44 labor charge. I know you’re not paying your mechanics $88/hour. Then you charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. Bergstrom is a million dollar company and it’s sad that you’re going to nickel and dime customers for a few extra dollars. Especially with today’s economic climate. I also had a coupon for a discount based on the age of my vehicle. My car is a 2017 and the coupon said I should get 21% off but she only offered 15%. I had to point out that my car was older and she questioned me, as if I would lie about the age of my vehicle that they just worked on. Just disappointed all around with Bergstrom. I will not be back.

This was by far, not my best experience at the dealership. I was not happy about the lack of discretion with my service and felt badly about others in the waiting room who had their diagnosis and cost assessment read out loud in front of everyone - making me uncomfortable personally and likely the recipient of that feedback as well. I have a unique situation in my car - and would have appreciated a more professional, discretionary "call out" in the waiting room. I have been to the dealership in the past with this same situation, and they handled it with far more compassion, support and care. I have made note of this so that I if make future appointments with service coordinators, I'll be more selective in who I schedule with accordingly.

Honestly I was very taken back that a car wash was not offered. I go to other Bergstrom dealerships and it’s always just done. If it’s to cold they tell me and give me a coupon for one later. To say well we are selective and we only do certain cars, made me not wanting to come back. Was it because I didn’t have a 100,000 truck? My bet that truck would have been washed. But they wanted change my battery for another 400 dollars, no diagnosis on the state of my battery. AAA does that when I had called them in the past. I was the market to start looking at a new vehicle - it won’t be at this dealership!

I went back to Bergstrom Buick for some warranty work on the Buick Envision,2021. We had purchased the car at another dealership and they had lost their Buick dealership. Bergstrom was very helpful and took care of the problem. However, the part needing repair was not covered under warranty as we thought. We checked with another source about the warranty coverage on this part and found Bergstrom was correct in their diagnosis. They even offered to wash the car for us.

I brought my car in because the engine light came on along with a Reduced Power warning. I was told that the turbo needed to be replaced and the air cooler charged for a price of $5148. I let my service agent know that I didn't have the money to get it fixed and that I needed time to figure out how I was going to pay it. He still we ahead and ordered parts. Later that night I texted him to not order parts since I didn't have the money to get it fixed. He told me I would have to pay restocking fees. Moving forward I called around thinking I needed a second opinion. I picked the car up a few days later and they did not charge me the restocking fee, just for the diagnostics. I took it to another shop and they fixed the car for $344.20. There was moisture in the engine (I'm not sure what component), they did an oil change, fixed a tire sensor - ALL FOR $344.20. This is a huge difference in price and I'm not sure that I will go back to Bergstrom ever - even for the two oil changes I have prepaid for. It's great to have a machine read a code but thought & problem solving also need to be part of the solution, not just trying to get as much money as possible from you customers.

Appointment @ 2:15, truck checked in according to the paperwork @ 2:19. At 3:11, I received an email with the video showing the failed wiring harness. At 4:20 I watched your service technician pull into the service garage & exit my truck. I went looking for Dan the service advisor, no where to be found. After 10 minutes of waiting I approached 2 other advisors & said that’s my truck that appears to be ready. They said Dan left for the day & they couldn’t locate my paperwork or my name in your computer system. Suddenly, Dan appears with said paperwork & disappeared as fast as he showed up. Paperwork was not given to me to review until after I wrote the only check I was carrying. Upon examination of paperwork, I immediately questioned exactly why I was being overcharged by 0.9 hours x 180 per hour when I was actually in your dealership for a total of 2.0 hours. The paperwork shows 1 hour of labor diagnostic charge & 1.9 hours of additional labor plus the part when in fact I was only there for a total of 2.0 hours. The technician who checked me out said he didn’t know why I was being overcharged. He offered me a $100 credit for next time, when in fact that amount is not correct. 0.9 hours @ 180/hour is 162, not 100. The truck appears to be fixed, but I don’t care to be overcharged & lied to at all. I really don’t think John Bergstrom would have intended his company to be run in such a dishonest manner. Take care of the customer, or someone else will. What will you do?

It is hard to give 5 stars because this was the third time in three weeks that I was in the repair shop. Then when I went to buy the new vehicle, I was given less for my vehicle because it was in the shop so much. Too bad all tires were fixed the first week, then I could give a 5 star.
