Everything was awsome

When we bought this car, the salesman said we would get a free oil change. All was fine until the end when the girl said the car wasn't under warranty anymore but you were so good that the oil change would still be covered. Salesman never said there was a time limit. Just made me feel slighted. Promises made should be honored rightly.

Professional as always

Came in for first oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 GMC Sierra AT4. In and out around an hour. The Service representative was very friendly.

Our overall experience was excellent. Tyler was great to work with.

Oil change and tire rotation took 1.25 hours, not bad. Checked out everything looked fine. Next day drove 10 minutes and warning light came on for the Tire Monitoring System, stayed on. Called dealer, couldn't get in for 6 days. So, had someone come to my house from ANOTHER repair shop and he had to put on a sensor on TMS to "relearn". Took 10 mins. When Bergstrom rotates tires, requirement to reset monitoring - should be an automatic process considering how many tires they rotate. Was so quick to fix, but they couldn't have me come in, check it and reset TMS the next day when it was their fault. Very inconvenient for the customer. Also now question their quality of work. Car is 2025 with 2500 miles on it. Spoke to neighbor had the same TMS issue after Bergstrom rotated tires. Where is the quality control? Where is the customer service?Six days is not acceptable especially for a dealer created problem. Car was fine before taking in, not fine after they work on it, so customer should have option to quickly return for correction.

I was greeted warmly and the attendant was already of the reason for my visit. He explained the process and upon completion of the appointment everything was reviewed with me so I understood exactly what was done on my vehicle.

Service dept was awesome, friendly and prompt however, parts dept staff was once again rude. It’s not my fault they forgot for the second to refund me $160. Def will go to another parts supplier if needed before I ever go back there.

You rotated my slashed back tire to the front and sent me on my way. If your mechanics don't understand how dangerous that is, they shouldn't be working there.

Sam is an excellent service advisor. The shuttle service has been very beneficial as well.

Nobody tells you anything because nobody knows what is going on. Very bad at getting answers from anybody. Have to keep bringing my truck back for a very common problem but they can't fix it, becuase they keep guessing instead of finding the correct fix.
