I’m disappointed in Bergstrom. Every time I go here it’s a bad experience. One time they charged for tire rotation and never did it. Swollen lug nuts once again at this place. It was an extra expense I wasn’t expecting (121.00). I question honesty with this place. Wanted to change my cabin filter which is $55. I got the same cabin filter online for 9 dollars. Also fleet farm sells for cheap and I can put in myself which I have done in past. That is a ridiculous mark-up on cabin filters.
